Thanks for choosing Dupatta Designs. We know you’re excited to get started but let’s take a few minutes to get to know each other better. Please read through our wholesale policies to ensure we get off on the right foot.


ONLINE WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

To view pricing and place orders, you must first be an approved and registered retailer. To apply for a wholesale account, please complete our registration form. Your application will be reviewed within 1-3 business days. Upon approval, you will receive a user name and password to login and let the shopping begin!

SALES REPS

We have hardworking, friendly regional sales representatives across the country. Contact them to schedule a personal appointment or meet us at a tradeshow. Your sales rep is a great resource! Find your rep here.

INVENTORY

We offer two seasonal collections per year. Generally, Fall/Winter items are available to ship starting in August. Spring/Summer items are available to ship starting in January. Select items are available for immediate shipment. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep the website update on a regular basis. Give us a call or check with your sales rep to confirm availability.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Items are sold on a first come, first serve basis and can be reserved up to 4 months in advance. Select your “start ship date” when ordering. A shipping window of 30 days is automatically applied to all orders unless otherwise specified.

Opening Orders: $250

Reorder Minimum: $100

Item Quantity Minimum per Style: 1pc

Wholesale orders requiring special processing, packaging or tagging require a minimum order of 60 pieces per style. A surcharge of $25 is applied to any order that requires special handling.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you submit an order, we will send you a digital copy your order. Upon receipt, you should review all items to ensure we got it right! Please contact us within 48 hours if you want to make any changes. Immediately upon receipt, styles are pulled and held for your selected ship date. Orders cancelled within 30 days of your ship date are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

PAYMENT

Payment for orders is required prior to shipment. When you order is ready to ship, we will send you an electronic invoice from which you can make payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is expected within 5 business days to avoid cancellation. Customers with established accounts can apply for terms. Terms are extended on good faith that payments will be made in a timely manner. Customers will be assessed a $25 late fee for past due invoices. Poor credit conditions, or recurring issues with timely payments, will result in denial or withdrawal of credit terms.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Our goal is to ship orders in as few boxes as possible. All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS based on size and weight. We will ship using your preferred carrier account when provided. Expedited shipping is available for additional cost. COD orders are not accepted. Need it fast? Orders received prior to 12:00pm EST, are available for same day shipping for an additional $5 Rush Handling Fee. Shipping charges appear on your final invoice. Partial shipments are acceptable unless otherwise stated at time of the order.

BACKORDERS

We do our best to ensure your order ships complete and on time however if our inventory count is off (whoops) or we encounter production issues (bummer), we automatically backorder the item(s). Backordered items ship immediately upon arrival at Dupatta’s expense. When you receive an order, please review and take note of anything backordered. If you decide you do not want the item(s), you must contact us to cancel them. Backordered items undeliverable within 60 days are automatically cancelled.

EXCLUSIVITY

To ensure your store is able to provide unique products, we extend a level of exclusivity based on your zip code. Exclusivity applies to retail storefronts only. In high demand areas, we can work with you to limit styles to avoid cross-over. Let’s all try to get along! A store that is inactive for a period of 6 months forfeits its preferred status and another store can establish an account in your area. Sorry we can’t extend exclusivity in an online environment, to a franchise store or catalog company.

LOYALTY

In today’s market, we know you have a lot of choices so thanks for choosing Dupatta. Earn 1 point for every 1 item purchased. Receive $25 for every 100 points earned. Redeem rewards towards future purchases. Rewards may not be redeemed on current orders. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash and are non-transferrable. Rewards do not expire. Dupatta Designs reserves the right to adjust for returns. Other restrictions may apply.

CUSTOMIZE IT

Bring your unique, custom designs to life with our custom production services. We can digitally print or weave your design onto your fabric of choice. Prices vary and minimum purchase requirements apply. Allow 120-180 days for development/delivery. Custom orders may be cancelled within 15 days of order confirmation without penalty. Custom orders cancelled after 15 days are subject to cancellation fees. Private label orders require a minimum order of 300 pieces; additional fees may apply. Let’s get started! HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, color and pattern variation often occurs. This is part of the beauty and appeal of this unique designs. Due to indigenous conditions, some production and delivery delays may occur, but it’s worth the wait!

DAMAGES/DEFECTS/ERRORS

Please carefully inspect all items in your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you were short shipped or received an incorrect item, please let us know immediately. Should a product have damages such as holes, snags, stitching defects or spotting, please contact us at info@dupattadesigns.com for instructions. Please provide a photo of all defects. Upon approval, damaged goods will be replaced at Dupatta’s discretion. All requests must be made within 30 days of invoice.

RETURNS

Wholesale items may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in case of defective merchandise or shipping errors as described above.

Product and lifestyle images sent to you can only be used in conjunction with the marketing of Dupatta products.
